Refund Policy

As the products we make are customized to your specification and not able to be re-used or re-sold, we do NOT provide refunds unless production has not started on your tag. This is in-line with the Distance Selling regulations covering personalized items. The exception to this is where we have made an error in the personalization, or the product itself is faulty.
